The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the pair met personally to build hype for the upcoming heavyweight fight.
Former two-time unified title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and damage his physique. My goal is to show my superiority," Joshua, 35 years old, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he said.
Paul's History
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's biggest commercial attractions, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would prevent the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly under discussion for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
